The International Elena shoe features woven interlocking straps around the toe area. This allows for a narrower fit in the toes. To buckle the shoes, you can wear them two ways. Use the strap under the shoe and then buckle, or take the strap out from under the shoe and wrap it around the ankle. They are light weight and very flexible.
